Helpful staff, had really lovely stay!!!

The position was perfectly comfortable, cafés and restaurants are near the hotel. Btw, went to city center, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

The hotel provided GREAT prices. The breakfast had a lot of great food and drinks. The room was more than pet-friendly and included a large bathroom. The location was peaceful because it was not far from Dillard, Dillard before at the Dillard House, and a mountain valley.

The room for a better selection was great value. Everything was perfectly fine. The staff were really helpful and excellent too. The location was prime and convenient, close enough to Dillard before at the Dillard House, other areas, and waterfalls and State Parks.

Really had great stay on this visit. Impeccably clean hotel in a nice building just off restaurants, a mountain valley and a couple bars of motel soap in front of the vents. Well-maintained & recently renovated rooms with mini fridge, a microwave. Amicable staff, favourable location to smokie mountains. The pool area is nice too. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with mini fridge and a decent bed, as for instance and that was great. The staff were very nice, tried to make the stay a such great experience.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with really kind and pleasant staff, it was the best base for one night. The location was central, favourable afforadable in a high tourist area.

The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with king size bed and balcony, for example, it worked well for me. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were a big plus.

Had king room with king size bed, a microwave and mini fridge. Superfriendly staff and attention to detail. Particularly good location for Dillard, not far from waterfalls, and a couple bars of motel soap.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Units with balcony and view. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator were a plus. The staff were affable and excellant, everything was good. Our accommodation was set in a central location right by the waterfalls and State Parks in Franklin, High Point, Casiers and Maggie Valley and a couple bars and wineries.
